Noorookie is a woman owned Tiramisu and Basque cheesecake brand built with a passion for handcrafted desserts and a vision to bring premium tiramisu to Yorkshire and the rest of the UK.
The journey started in October 2025 with homemade cookies, cakes, Basque cheesecakes, and of course tiramisu, all made entirely in house.
On launch day, just 8 pots of tiramisu were prepared, and they sold out on the very first day. Since then, Noorookie has received immense love and support from customers, with people ordering everything from individual tiramisu pots to large tiramisu tins for birthdays, celebrations, and even simple Friday evening treats. We have now sold above 1000 tiramisus through doing markets in Wakefield, Leeds and Manchester.
Every Noorookie dessert is handmade fresh to order with attention to quality, flavour, and presentation. Nothing is mass produced, and every layer is carefully crafted by hand.
We believe premium desserts should still feel accessible, which is why Noorookie focuses on offering some of the best value per portion possible, even with a dessert as luxurious as tiramisu.
What started as a small home based dessert brand is growing into something much bigger with the dream of becoming the UK’s number one destination for tiramisu one day.
